Is Stress Really That Bad?

Tweet If you have followed me for any time, you may have already heard me share that “Stress Makes You Stupid”. (I originally heard that from Silvia Hartmann.) And, it’s true.   However, Silvia recently pointed out that stress has some other nasty implications (I mean besides the usual suspects.)
