That&#039;s a great point about customers looking for different things from customer service.  Depending on what you sell and where your branding focus is, you may choose to only focus on one type or, instead, work on providing as varied a service as is feasible.

Either way, they shouldn&#039;t bite off more than they can chew (it will come back to bite them ;-) ), but limit their scope to what they can successfully handle.  Then add more as they are ready.
